THE KORI C PRESENTS
You figured out you're neurodivergent. Now what?
Maybe you finally have an explanation for things you've struggled with your entire life.
The masking. The people-pleasing. The routines that work beautifully until they don't. The constant feeling that everyone else got an instruction manual you somehow missed.
Having a name for those experiences can change everything. But it doesn't magically tell you how to live differently.
That's what we explore here.
Life After Unmasking is a space for late-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD women figuring out motherhood, midlife, identity, relationships, and what it means to build a life that actually fits.
Not a more impressive version of your life. Your actual life.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You've learned about executive dysfunction. You recognize when you're masking. You can probably explain exactly why people-pleasing happens.
And yet, you still find yourself staring at a task you can't start, agreeing to something you don't want to do, or wondering why the routine that worked last Tuesday is completely useless today.
That's not because you need another person telling you to try harder.
A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT
There's a difference between understanding your brain and figuring out how to work with it in the middle of actual life.
We can talk about what you're experiencing without turning it into another self-improvement project.
We can question the expectations you've been carrying.
And we can start making choices based on who you are, what you need, and what's possible right now.
That's where this conversation begins.
THE RESOURCE LIBRARY
Start with what's actually happening. Then figure out what to do about it.
Reality to Agency is my four-part framework for moving from understanding your experience to making decisions that fit your life.
STEP 01
What's actually happening?
STEP 02
What are you working with?
STEP 03
What's getting in the way?
STEP 04
What's a realistic next step?
FEATURED SERIES / 001
When your brain won't let you start.
You know what you need to do. You know how to do it. You've done it before.
So why can't you start?
Explore this five-part series on task initiation, executive dysfunction, and finding your way forward without forcing yourself into another productivity system that doesn't fit.
This is where you'll find connected articles, videos, and practical conversations about navigating life with an ADHD or AuDHD brain.
LISTEN / WATCH / READ
Not everything needs to be another worksheet, course, or thing to finish. Sometimes you want to listen while folding laundry. Sometimes you want to watch a video. Sometimes you want something to read with your coffee.
Choose whatever works for you today.
THE PODCAST
Real conversations about ADHD, autism, self-trust, boundaries, executive functioning, and learning how to navigate life after unmasking.
For when you want to explore an idea without somebody handing you another five-step morning routine.
THE YOUTUBE CHANNEL
Motherhood. Midlife. Neurodivergence. Identity. Nostalgia. Pop culture. And the occasional cat appearance.
Being neurodivergent is part of your life. It doesn't have to be the only interesting thing about you.
THE WRITING
Personal reflections, bigger conversations, questions worth exploring, and things that don't necessarily fit into a video or podcast episode.
Another way to stay connected and keep the conversation going.
WHEN YOU WANT MORE THAN INFORMATION
You've learned a lot about yourself. Now what do you do with it?
You can understand every pattern, recognize every trigger, and know exactly why something happens.
And still need support figuring out what to do on an ordinary Wednesday when everything goes sideways.
The Life After Unmasking Collective is ongoing support for late-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD women who want to move beyond collecting information and begin using what they've learned.
We're talking self-trust, boundaries, decisions, overwhelm, executive functioning, and the reality of being a whole person with an actual life.
There's community, practical resources, regular opportunities for support, and room to participate in ways that work for you.
No performing. No keeping up. No pretending you've got it all figured out.
THE HUMAN BEHIND ALL OF THIS
I'm a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, a mom, a wife, a creator, and someone who's spent a whole lot of time figuring out who she actually is.
I'm also the person behind The Kori C and Life After Unmasking.
I bring professional training, lived experience, plenty of curiosity, a love of 80s and 90s nostalgia, and four cats who occasionally have opinions about what I'm doing.
I don't have a perfectly organized life. I haven't mastered every aspect of my neurodivergence. And I'm not particularly interested in pretending otherwise.
But I believe understanding ourselves gives us a chance to make different choices. And I think that's worth talking about.
A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME
I don't believe the goal is to become better at pretending you're neurotypical.
I don't believe every struggle needs to become a productivity problem.
And I definitely don't believe your worth depends on whether you managed to check everything off your to-do list today.
I care about helping you build a life you actually want to live.
Take what you need. Explore what interests you. Come back whenever you want.
You're allowed to figure it out as you go.
